1. How can I track my order?
We will always insert the tracking number for our customer once the order is completed. We are currently using the DHL as our default shipping method. We do also provide the EMS, FedEx and TNT for our customer as well. You can track your parcel through the particular shipping company website by key in the tracking number.

3. What kind of payment does Eztattoing provide?
We do provide the Western Union, Bank Transfer and the Paypal to do the transaction. You can get the detail information of the payment method through our customer service (support@eztattooing.com)

4. How long it takes to receive my order?
Normally it takes 2-3 working days for us to process your order except for peak season.
It takes 2-3 working days to reach in Asia.
It takes 3-5 working days to reach in USA and North America
It takes 3-7 working days to reach in Europe
It takes 5-7 working days to reach in South America, Australia and NewZealand.
It takes 7-10 working days to reach in Ukraine, Russia and others.

5. How do cancel my order?
You can sign in the account on our website and check the status of your order.
If the order is still on the processing, you can contact our customer service to cancel the order.
If the order is complete, we are apologize for you that the order is cannot be cancelled.

6. How to return the defective/faulty/broken product?
All of our new tattoo equipment can be returned within 7days of purchase if you found the defective on our product.
Before you return the defective product to us, we require you take a video to show the detail of the defective product.
Once it’s being clarified, we will providing the shipping address for you to return.

7. What is status means to my order?
You can always view your status to know the process of your order. The status can divided into 3 stages.
a) Pending : You are having the due payment on your order. You are required to clear the payment before proceed to next step. If you are facing the trouble to make the payment, you can contact our Customer Service.
b) Processing: You have clear all of your payment and your order is on the preparing stage. Normally it takes around 2-3 working days to get it done except for the peak season. You are still able to make any changes on this stage through our Customer Service.
c) Complete : The order is completed and proceed to the shipping. You cannot make any change on your order on this stage. The tracking number will be sent to your email for you to track the parcel. You are welcome to contact to the Customer Service if you are dealing the problem with the shipping process.

8. What is the shipping cost to my country?
The shipping cost will always show after you are proceeding to the check out on our website.
For you information,the shipping cost is depending on the size and weight of your order.
